Questions
Frequently asked questions
How does a partnership start?
Request a demo by email at help@unipaith.co. We set your admissions team up on one program or one team first. You share requirements, prices, deadlines, capacity, and past-cycle results in the agreed format, and adopt the platform one slice at a time.
Does partnering change how our programs are ranked for students?
No. Matches are always ranked for the student, and partnership never enters the ranking.
Why do students come first?
UniPaith grows the student side first — free for all students. Institutions join as partners once the students are already there, meeting applicants who chose them with full information.
Where does UniPaith stand on FERPA?
Students share their own records by explicit, logged consent — UniPaith is the student's tool, not a school records system. What reaches your team is material the applicant chose to send, with its source labeled.
Do we have to replace our systems?
No. Start with one workflow — packets arrive as complete, structured files that work alongside the tools you already run.
How deep do we have to adopt it?
Start with a focused workflow, such as structured packets or review support, then expand when the value is proven.
Where does the matching data come from?
Today, matching uses the student's structured context and the program requirements you publish. Training on permissioned past cycles, with bias testing, is planned and will be described here before it ships.
What is built today, and what is planned?
Program publishing, institution and program pages, messaging, structured packets, one review queue, rubrics, blind reads, release gates, and audit logs are built. Profile Tuning, learned fit patterns, document authentication at scale, customized aid packages, and admitted-student introductions are planned and marked Planned wherever they appear.
